What is AIESEC?

AIESEC, the world’s largest student-run organization, is the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society.
We are a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our international platform which consists of leadership opportunities, exchange, conferences and virtual/physical learning environment has continually provided top talent within New Zealand and the world at large.
Present in about 1100 universities in more than 100 countries and territories, our platform enables organizations to interact and source high-potential university students and graduates from all over the world through our exchange programs, conferences, and virtual communication tools.
For 60 years, AIESEC has been actively involved in the development of talented, innovative and globally-minded responsible leaders. Taking on a leadership role is an unrivaled experience enabling young people to gain the practical and management skills, as well as gaining perspectives needed to ensure their future success, while contributing to the development of the global community.
