Conference Objectives

• To review AIESEC New Zealand's recent achievements, current reality and future vision.
• To stir up leadership interest and zeal in the minds of the delegates.
• To create a broader and deeper understanding of the core work of AIESEC and the opportunities it provides for the delegates to develop themselves and their society.
• To promote bilateral relations and communication of ideas and strategies to increase AIESEC’s impact on youth development between delegates comprised of youth from 5 cities and universities in New Zealand.
• To enhance inter-cultural awareness and cross-cultural understanding between delegates comprised of youths from a diverse cultural and education background.
• To allow delegates and stakeholders to understand the role AIESEC plays within New Zealand.
• To improve AIESEC's relation with business community, academic and the wider student population through their increased knowledge of and involvement with this conference, specified AIESEC events and the AIESEC program in general.
• To interact and share ideas, culture and friendship with individuals from 5 regions and universities in New Zealand.
